Cancellation requests may be submitted before an order has been processed and shipped. Once processing or shipping has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If you want to cancel, please contact Cat Treasury as soon as possible at support@cattreasury.shop or through our Contact Us page, and include your order number. Customer support is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
