These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of cattreasury.shop (the “Site”) and to orders placed through it. Cat Treasury is operated by Beyond Bridges, an Ontario-registered sole proprietorship. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false or misleading information.
We try to describe products accurately, but product descriptions, images and specifications may contain errors. Colours shown on screen may differ from the actual product.
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the Site and may change without notice. Prices on your order are the prices shown at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and will contact you if an order is affected.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order, for example because of stock availability, suspected fraud or an error in the listing. Cancellation requests may be submitted before an order has been processed and shipped; see our Cancellation Policy.
Payment is due at checkout using the payment methods shown. Payments are processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout. Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy.
Products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you.
Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Cancellation Policy.
Content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos and images, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as allowed by law.
You must not post unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing content, or use the Site in a way that harms other users or the Site itself.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be limited.
We may update these terms and our policies from time to time. The version posted on the Site when you place an order applies to that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, and disputes are subject to the courts of Ontario, subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence.
