This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on cattreasury.shop. Cat Treasury is operated by Beyond Bridges, an Ontario-registered sole proprietorship.
We currently ship to Canada only.
Orders are fulfilled through our third-party fulfillment partners, and shipping origin may vary by product.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Estimated shipping time to Canada is 5–20 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when carrier tracking is available. You can use the tracking information to follow your shipment.
If your order is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but you cannot locate it, contact Cat Treasury at support@cattreasury.shop with your order number and tracking information. We will review the shipment and provide the appropriate next steps.
If your item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible and within 14 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and photographs or other requested evidence so we can review the issue. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the address, and orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
